Points to Note for Delegates:

  • Accommodation:
    • The accommodation is in single student ensuite bedrooms.
    • All have tea and coffee making facilities, towels and toiletries.
    • Check-in time is from 3.00pm.
  • Car parking:
    • Parking for cars will be available free of charge on Campus.
  • Prayer room:
    • A prayer room will be open throughout the Convention.
  • Cancellation fees:
    • Notification of cancellation must be received in writing
       at least 10 working days prior to the event.
    • No refund will be given after this date.
    • Non-arrival will result in a charge of 100% of the delegate fee.
    • Substitutions may be made at any time.
    • Cancellation fees also apply to any accommodation booked
       and any evening meals.
