The Convention is jointly sponsored by: ROOMatRTPI; the DCLG/NRU; Communities Scotland; the Department for Social Development, Northern Ireland; the Academy for Sustainable Communities; Communities First, Wales; the Joseph Rowntree Foundation; the Arts Council, England and the Civil Renewal Unit.
They are keen that the event should be open to as many of those involved in regeneration as possible.
For this reason, the fee for the convention has been set as low as possible with a full delegate rate of only £380.00 (+VAT).
The 2006 event is residential - both to enable even more discussion amongst delegates and to provide even better value for money.
This fee therefore includes full accommodation, all meals, teas and coffees, an evening reception and social events, plus full documentation.
A day delegate rate of £145.00 (+VAT) per day is available to include lunch, teas and coffees and full documentation.

The sponsors are making available bursaries for community and voluntary representatives on partnership boards and for voluntary and charitable organisations.
These bursaries will provide free places and accommodation for the days of the Convention and are limited in number.
Representatives of partnerships and community and voluntary organisations who think they may qualify are asked to download, fill in and return the bursary form.
