	Fees: The organisers of this convention – ROOM@RTPI, supported by the Neighbourhood Renewal Unit, the Joseph Rowntree Foundation, the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and the National Network of Regeneration Partnerships - are keen that the event should be open to as many of those involved in regeneration as possible.  For this reason, the fee for the convention has been set as low as possible with a full delegate rate of only £325 (+VAT). The 2003 event is residential - both to enable more discussion amongst delegates and to provide even better value for money.  This fee therefore includes full accommodation, all meals, teas and coffees, an evening reception and social events and full documentation. A day delegate rate of £125 (+VAT) per day is also available and includes lunch, teas and coffees and full documentation. Enrol by returning the attached form. Bursaries: The Joseph Rowntree Foundation and the Government's Neighbourhood Renewal Unit are making available bursaries for community and voluntary representatives on partnership boards and for voluntary and charitable organisations. These bursaries will provide free places and accommodation at the Convention and are limited in number. Representatives who think they may qualify are asked to fill in and return the attached form.
