The Exhibition:
The East Midlands Conference Centre is an attractive and easily accessible venue with plenty of free parking. The event will provide a relaxed atmosphere for informal contact with delegates. Day delegate visitors will be boosted by the presentation of the National Partnership Awards 2002. Inclusive refreshment breaks, buffet lunches and break-out sessions draw delegates through the exhibition area.
A table and chairs are provided or alternatively you can bring your own stand if you wish, subject to there being sufficient space. Discounts apply to convention fees for exhibitors, which provide all accommodation and meals for two nights and unrestricted access to the convention itself. Exhibitors can book accommodation separately if they wish. As exhibition space is so limited, early booking is advisable. Stands will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. For information on availability and for a booking form, price list and floor plan contact Paul Harris on 020-7251 2363 or e-mail paul.harris@room.org.uk |
